Accounting and Bookkeeping Services Description
ACI's accounting and bookkeeping staff manages our client's books and records, keeping track of all invoices and expseses incurred and paying the client's invoices in a timely manner.  ACI also records all revenues earned by the firm; for broker dealers this is done by means of brokerage statement analysis, internally prepared account receivable reports, or as a percentage of assets under management.  With access to accounts receivable and accounts payable information, ACI also performs bank reconciliations, prepares prepaid expense schedules, accrues for audit and tax preparation fees, computes depreciation on any fixed assets purchased, and keeps schedules for any additional financial information that must be tracked.  For financial firms that operate in regulated industries, ACI also specializes in providing financial accounting reports, such as focus reports and net capital computations, to regulators within specified periods of time.
