At ACI, our functionality begins with our ability to maintain a client set of financial books and records.  We offer full-scale financial bookkeeping services, whereby we serve as the billing address for many existing clients.  Invoices come directly to our office so we are able to keep track of expenses incurred and pay these invoices in a timely manner.  We record all revenues earned by means of brokerage statement analysis, internally prepared account receivable reports, or as a percentage of assets under management.  Our staff will also reconcile all existing bank accounts, prepare prepaid expense schedules, accrue for audit and tax preparation fees, compute depreciation on any fixed assets purchased, or keep schedules for any additional financial information that must be tracked. 

These on-going services allow our Certified Public Accountants to prepare financial statements for the clients to assess their profitability and ensure that they are making the most of available opportunities.  For financial firms serviced that operate in regulated industries, we also specialize in providing these reports to financial regulators within specified periods of time.  We take responsibility for ensuring both the timeliness and accuracy of the financial statements transmitted to regulatory bodies and as the provider of accounting services, we are also able to assist the financial coordinators in understanding the financial accounting information provided and offer explanations for the way any individual transactions were accounted for.
