Bookkeeping Services

ACI provides bookkeeping services to a range of corporate clients. ACI's bookkeepers assist with day-to-day accounting operations by managing firm financials to adhere to regulatory requirements. ACI's bookkeepers keep track of expenses and revenue for tax and operational purposes, tracking both accounts receivable and accounts payable to make sure that there is sufficient operating capital for the company at all times.  Each client is assigned a primary bookkeeper and back-up to oversee bookkeeping for the company. The bookkeeper is responsible for tracking and recording all transactions regarding revenue, commissions, invoices, and wire transfers and maintaining an accurate accounts payable and invoice payment schedule as they come due.  The bookkeeper enters that information into QuickBooks so both ACI's bookkeepers and the client have access to records at all times. 

For small firms, ACI's bookkeepers can also run payrolls.  The assigned bookkeepers will schedule payroll processing so that the employees receive their direct deposit on the date specified by the company with all appropriate withholdings such as Medicare, Social Security, federal, state and city taxes required by the government taken out.  Manual payroll checks are also provided by the bookkeepers as requested, although direct deposit is the preferred payroll method. The bookkeeper's involvement with payroll allows ACI's bookkeepers to make estimated tax payments for clients.
