Job Description
Accounting & Compliance International (ACI) is the premier provider of Broker Dealer Accounting and Compliance Services on Wall Street.  We work closely with broker dealers and hedge funds and provide consulting support in the area of regulatory compliance. We work with our clients to help them place a full time Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), Series 24, or appropriately licensed and experienced individual into an internal compliance or accounting position at their firm. ACI has assisted many of our clients in this capacity and can provide the training and back office support for that individual to run a successful department. 

We are looking for qualified professionals to fill full-time management positions for broker dealers and hedge funds with which we do business. Applicants should have sufficient knowledge of the securities industry to serve as or support the Chief Compliance Officer for a FINRA member firm or Hedge Fund.  Prior experience as a compliance officer is strongly recommended.

Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with JD, or CPA preferred.
Series 7 and Series 24 Licenses
Prior experience in the financial services industry. 

Salary/Benefits:

Sales Intern
Accounting & Compliance International (ACI)

Job Description
• Assist ACI's NY Sales team with administrative sales tasks 
• Format sales documents and prepare sales folders
• Follow up with prospective clients if signed contracts are not returned 
• Track sales leads, opportunities, and accounts in CRM system 
• Cold-call prospective clients to set up an initial phone meeting with an ACI sales rep or in-office sales call 
• Copying, Scanning, and emailing materials as needed. 

Qualifications
• Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Business related role or past sales internship experience 
• Microsoft Office 2007: Outlook, Word, Excel 
• Organized, responsible, and driven individual looking for experience at a well-respected Wall Street Consulting Company 
• Thrives in fast-paced environment and interested in a career in sales, particularly in the financial industry (Past sales/industry experience a plus) 
• Ability to come in at least 2-3 days a week
