ACI often handles the entity tax filings for our broker dealer clients, as well as individual returns for their owners.
As an extension of our function as the preparer of financial statements and regulatory filings, ACI handles the entity tax filings for many of our broker dealer clients. Our responsibilities in this capacity exist throughout the year, as we assist many broker dealers in tax planning and help them find lawful ways to minimize their tax obligations. After year-end, the financial statements we prepare are utilized to complete the corporate tax filings on the federal, state, and city level.
ACI also files individual returns for owners of our broker dealer clients.
